Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wristt.com and the Wristt application, tools, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Wristt, LLC, doing business as Wristt (“Wristt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

If you use Wristt on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What Wristt Provides

Wristt provides software designed to help watch buyers, sellers, collectors, and dealers organize and evaluate watch-related information. Depending on your subscription and available features, the Service may include:

  • Watch and reference tracking.
  • Market listings and market evidence.
  • Estimated value and market-position analysis.
  • Offer and acquisition analysis.
  • Portfolio and transaction tracking.
  • Watch images, specifications, and reference information.
  • AI-assisted research and analysis.
  • Alerts, reports, dashboards, and related tools.

Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or removed as the Service develops.

3. Informational Service Only

Wristt is an informational and organizational software service.

Wristt is not a watch dealer, broker, auctioneer, escrow provider, authenticator, appraiser, investment adviser, financial adviser, or legal adviser. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wristt is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

Information provided through the Service does not constitute:

  • A guaranteed valuation or appraisal.
  • Authentication of a watch or its components.
  • Confirmation of ownership, title, condition, or provenance.
  • A guarantee that a watch can be purchased or sold at a displayed price.
  • Financial, investment, tax, insurance, or legal advice.
  • A recommendation to complete any particular transaction.

You are solely responsible for independently evaluating a watch, seller, buyer, listing, price, and transaction before acting.

4. Market Data and Estimates

Market prices, value ranges, selling-price estimates, offer ranges, scores, comparisons, and other analytical results may be derived from third-party listings, historical observations, user-submitted information, automated processes, and AI-assisted analysis.

Watch-market information can change quickly. Listings may be outdated, duplicated, inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or may reflect asking prices rather than completed transactions.

Wristt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, timeliness, or suitability of any market information or analytical result. Actual purchase and sale prices may differ materially from displayed estimates.

You assume all risk associated with decisions made using information provided through the Service.

5. Authentication and Counterfeit Risk

Wristt does not guarantee that any watch, component, document, photograph, listing, or seller is genuine or legitimate.

Before purchasing or accepting a watch, you should conduct appropriate due diligence and, where appropriate, obtain an independent physical inspection and authentication from a qualified professional.

Wristt is not responsible for counterfeit products, stolen property, undisclosed modifications, inaccurate descriptions, condition disputes, title issues, payment fraud, shipping loss, or transaction disputes.

6. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for:

  • Protecting your password and login credentials.
  • Restricting access to your account and devices.
  • All activity performed through your account.
  • Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide access to your account except as expressly permitted by your subscription.

We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account has been compromised or used unlawfully.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Some Wristt features require a paid subscription.

Before you subscribe, Wristt will display the applicable price, billing frequency, included features, and any trial or promotional terms. Taxes may be added where required.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Wristt and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods matching your selected billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.

We may change subscription pricing or plan features. If a price change applies to an existing subscription, we will provide advance notice when required and the change will apply to a future billing period.

8. Trials and Promotions

Wristt may offer trials, discounts, or promotional pricing. Eligibility and duration may be limited.

Unless otherwise disclosed when you enroll, a trial requiring a payment method may convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends. The price and billing frequency will be shown before enrollment.

You must cancel before the stated trial expiration if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.
